  • How can I search for a product?

    If you know the brand / product name, you could key in the same in the search bar and then browse through the results. Alternately, you could browse the relevant categories and sub-categories to zero-in on specific products.

  • What all information do I see on a product page?

  • Are all brands & products available on all mynearshop stores?

    All mynearshop stores make an attempt to ensure that they have all possible products in all the versions and sizes available in stock. On the rare occasion that the product is not available in the stock, the retailer will offer an alternate or if the same is not acceptable to the shopper, then the item cost would be reduced from the total amount payable.

  • Are all products sold on MRP or do I get a discount?

    mynearshop lists MRP of all products. Please do note that MRP values tend to change without notice and in case there is a variation in the listed MRP and the one stated by the retailer - please check the MRP on the product pack and consider that to be the right MRP. No product should be sold higher than the MRP value. The retailers can extend discounts on the the MRP at their discretion and the levels of discount, if any, would vary from retailer to retailer.

  • What do I do if I do not find the product?

    It is possible that the product that you are looking for is not listed on mynearshop. Do let us know of the product that you desire to see on mynearshop and we will try and list the same at the earliest, subject to it adhering to norms of listing followed by mynearshop.

  • Do I need to pay more than the MRP?

    mynearshop lists MRP of all products.
