  • What are the different modes of payment available?

    You can use any one of the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Card on delivery, Credit card, Credit card EMI of leading banks, Debit card or via Net Banking

  • Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on mynearshop?

    Online transactions on mynearshop are made over secure connections with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on mynearshop are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

  • What is cash on delivery?

    If you are not comfortable making an online payment on mynearshop, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted

  • I opted to save card details. What details are saved?

    mynearshop will only save: Card number, Card holder's name and Expiry date of the card. We do not save the CVV number or the 3D secure password.

  • I would like another copy of my invoice. How can I get one?

    Go to My Orders, select the relevant item and click on 'Print Invoice'

  • What is the advantage of saving my card details?

    You can save time on your next orders by opting for express checkout

  • How do I delete a saved credit/debit card?

    Click on 'Saved Cards' in the 'My Account' section. You will be able to easily delete saved cards there

  • Do I have delivery in my location?

    You can check it by entering your pin code in the home page or by using google maps for the same

  • Why did I receive a partial order?

    This could be because: a) You have a single order with many items, that could have been shipped separately. Or b) You only have a single item order. If an item is missing from a set or combo, please do get in touch with us through 'Contact Us' link below.

  • Can I schedule the delivery of my order as per my availability?

    Yes, you can! Select your convenient delivery date and time slot from the available slots mentioned in “Place Order“ page.

  • The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

    Check with your neighbor / front desk / security whether someone has accepted the package on your behalf. If no one has accepted the delivery, please promptly contact our customer care.

  • Why is there a delivery date range?

    The delivery date range changes from Store to Store however the normal date range is 5 days.

  • What if my package is opened/tampered with?

    If you feel that your package has been opened/tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please cancel the order from 'My Orders' page. Our customer representative would then get back to you shortly.
